Townsville and surrounds — Monday, Wednesday and Friday. The city and its northern beaches, from South Townsville, North Ward and the Strand area through Hermit Park, Aitkenvale, Kirwan and Condon, out to Bohle Plains, Deeragun and Bushland Beach, and south to Alligator Creek.

Cairns and the Far North coast — Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Cairns city, Edmonton, Bentley Park and Mount Sheridan, Gordonvale to the south, and the northern beaches from Machans Beach and Smithfield to Trinity Beach and Palm Cove. The same days cover Ingham, Mission Beach and Innisfail along the Bruce Highway.

The Burdekin and the Whitsundays — Wednesday and Friday. Ayr and Home Hill, Bowen, Proserpine, and Airlie Beach and Cannonvale.

The Tablelands — Tuesday and Thursday. Mareeba and Atherton.

Inland — one fixed day a week. Charters Towers on Wednesday and Cloncurry on Thursday.

If your postcode is not listed, call the Townsville office. Central Queensland, including Mackay and Rockhampton, is served from our Brisbane distribution centre.

Orders placed in the online portal before 6:00pm are delivered on your next scheduled delivery day, between 8:30am and 6pm, in our own refrigerated vehicles. Because North Queensland routes run on set days rather than every day, it pays to plan two deliveries ahead — especially before public holidays and the school-holiday tourist peaks on the coast.

Orders over $150 are delivered free; below that a $10 delivery fee applies. You can also collect from South Townsville between 10am and 3pm — select pick-up when you place the order.

Our Townsville operation is HACCP certified, and chilled and frozen lines stay separated from warehouse to delivery. Current certificates are available to account customers in the online portal.
