Ormeau sits on the corridor between Brisbane and the Gold Coast, which lets us run both markets daily. Metropolitan routes cover the Brisbane CBD and northern suburbs, Logan and the southern suburbs, Redlands and the bayside, the Gold Coast and its hinterland, Ipswich, and the Sunshine Coast and Caboolture.

Regional routes reach Toowoomba and the Darling Downs, the Wide Bay, Rockhampton and Mackay, and North Queensland — where our Townsville site takes over local delivery. We also deliver south into the Northern Rivers of New South Wales, including Ballina and Byron Bay.

Order changes close at 6pm, an hour and a half before the 7:30pm ordering cut-off. Customer pick-up runs from 10am to 5pm.

We established poultry processing and distribution in Queensland in 2010, and Ormeau has been our Queensland base since. The site is HACCP certified and runs processing alongside distribution, so fresh chicken is cut and packed to order rather than drawn from finished stock.

Available cuts include breast fillet, butterfly and tenderloin, thigh and Maryland fillet or bone-in, drumsticks, whole wings, wingettes and drumettes, whole size-graded birds, frames for stock and offal — in 5 kg bags or 15 kg cartons, skin-on or skin-off, diced, sliced or portioned to your millimetre specification.
