Australian Eastern King, banana, tiger and school prawns from Coffs Harbour, the Torres Strait, Cairns, Mooloolaba and Bundaberg, plus imported vannamei.
Fish
Barramundi whole and filleted, Atlantic and steelhead salmon, smoked salmon, snapper, whiting and coral trout.
